Pet Policy at Nova West

At Nova West, we know your pets are more than just animals; they’re family. That’s why we’ve created a pet-friendly apartment community in Longmont, where both you and your furry companions can feel right at home. With thoughtful amenities like two on-site dog parks and a private balcony or patio in all of our Longmont apartments, we make it easy for you and your pets to live comfortably.

Pet Rent & Deposits

We like to keep things simple.

  • There’s no pet deposit required 

  • Flat-rate pet rent: $35/month per household (covers up to two pets)

Pet Limits & Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all residents, our pet policy includes:

  • Maximum of 2 pets per home

  • Weight limit of 75 lbs per pet

Breed Restrictions

To prioritize the well-being of everyone in our community, the following breeds (and mixes thereof) are not permitted:

  • Akitas

  • Alaskan Malamutes

  • American Staffordshire Terriers

  • Bull Mastiffs

  • Chow Chows

  • Doberman Pinschers

  • German Shepherds

  • Huskies

  • Mastiffs (any variation)

  • Pit Bulls

  • Presa Canarios

  • Rottweilers

  • Wolf hybrids

  • Russian Bear Dogs
